The Dezhou Hospital Project of Shandong University Qilu Hospital is the first comprehensive national regional medical center construction project in Shandong Province. It is also a high-level medical platform with the highest construction standards and the most concentrated medical resources in northwest Shandong and southeastern Hebei.

 

The completion and delivery of the project marks the full spread of high-quality medical resources to the region, allowing surrounding people to truly realize their desire to enjoy national-level medical services "at their doorstep".

 

The first phase of the project integrates medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention and health care. As a provincial key livelihood project, it is not only of great significance to improving the level of regional medical services, but also sets a model for the construction of a national regional medical center system.

 

 

Dezhou Hospital of Shandong University Qilu Hospital was formerly known as Dezhou People's Hospital and was founded in 1948. After more than 70 years of development, it has become the only tertiary-level comprehensive hospital in Dezhou that integrates medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, health care, first aid, and rehabilitation.

 

In January 2022, the hospital launched a co-construction cooperation with Shandong University Qilu Hospital and officially changed its name to "Shandong University Qilu Hospital Dezhou Hospital". It was successfully selected into the fourth batch of national regional medical center construction projects, ushering in a new stage of leapfrog development.

 

The central campus of the hospital is fully aligned with national medical platform standards from functional planning and technical configuration to informatization and intelligent system construction. It has established 12 major diagnosis and treatment systems, including a brain center and a cardiovascular diagnosis and treatment center, and is equipped with advanced facilities such as robotic surgery systems and high-end health management centers to create a full-cycle, all-round integrated medical service system.
